Cancelation Policy

At Tumdi, we pride ourselves on processing and preparing your orders as quickly as possible to ensure fast delivery windows. Because our automated fulfillment engine begins organizing your package almost immediately after purchase, we offer a strict window for changes or cancellations.

  • The 4-Hour Rule: You may request a complete cancellation or modification of your order free of charge within exactly 4 hours of your purchase timestamp.

  • Post-4-Hour Processing: Once this 4-hour window has expired, your order is permanently locked into our logistics system, dispatched to our fulfillment centers, and can no longer be updated, changed, or canceled.

  • How to Submit a Request: To request an emergency cancellation within the valid window, you must contact our customer support team immediately via email. Please include your Order Number and write "URGENT CANCELLATION" in the subject line.

  • Refund Processing: Approved cancellations within the 4-hour window will be processed immediately, and a full refund will be automatically issued back to your original payment method.

  • After Delivery: If you missed the 4-hour cancellation window, you are welcome to return the package for a refund or swap once it arrives at your destination, in accordance with our standard Return & Refund Policy.
